So it’s 2015, I can’t believe it. I’m not really making any resolutions this year, I just want to focus on a few achievable things and do them. Resolutions often lead to dissatisfaction and depression if you don’t actually accomplish them, so no I’m not making any resolutions this year. I will try to be more focused on the important things and not stress over the small things. As Taylor Swifts says, “Shake It Off!” Don’t let the bad stuff stick to you, “shake it off”. Move forward don’t look back, it’s a new year after all. I will try to look for the good and not just zoom in on the bad, speak less and listen more, laugh more, eat less(bad foods), enjoy moments, play games(with family), count my blessings and be thankful for all that we have…that should be enough for this year?
